Valerian Osteen is the suspect in 26-year-old Marissa Grimes’ murder. Osteen’s bond was revoked Wednesday on the domestic violence charge in which Grimes was the victim. He remained jailed Saturday on no bond.

Due to the police statement 26 years old Marissa Grimes, who was from nearby Arlington, was reported missing on Feb. 12. Fort Worth police were found her body under the home of Valerian Osteen. After that officers served a search warrant Tuesday at a Fort Worth home. Prosecutors say Valerian Osteen lived at the home. Osteen was arrested in early January on a domestic violence offence, he was released from jail on bond.
Court documents pertaining to the domestic violence charge say Osteen held Grimes against her will, pointed a gun at her and threatened her with bodily injury and authorities say the body of a woman reported missing earlier this month has been found.
Police say additional charges are expected.
