According to Fox 26, Shaquan Burns, of Fort Bend, was last seen in Richmond. Although no foul play is suspected, Fort Bend police said there’s concern over the child’s medical history, although it’s unclear what medical issues he has.

Shaquan is described as a Black male who stands 4-feet-8-inches tall and weighs around 140 pounds. He was last seen carrying a brown backpack, wearing black shoes, and a tie-dye hoodie.
