Dana Carr, 24, formerly of Shotton Colliery, County Durham, is charged with allowing the death of a child and child cruelty.

Carr did not enter a plea when she faced Newton Aycliffe magistrates on Wednesday and was released on bail.
It is believed Daymond had been in a relationship with Carr.
Judge Howard Crowson set a date for Daymond’s plea and trial preparation hearing on Friday, with a provisional trial date for March 13.
Teddy bears, balloons, and stuffed animals were placed on the curb, along with flowers, cards, and pictures.
One card read: ‘RIP May, fly beautiful high bay,’ while another had written: ‘Sleep tight Princess.’
In an emotional post, he wrote: ‘It breaks my heart to be writing this, but sadly my beautiful, brave little girl has gained her wings; she was too good for this world, and as a reward, she’s going to play in the stars.
‘I love you so much Maya Louise Chappell, you are my life, my earth and my idol and I’ll always look up to you and love you with all my heart. RIP baby girl.’
